Eric founded TruSight after nearly a decade in real estate investing, where he personally inspected dozens of investment properties and successfully renovated and rehabbed over 30 homes. His hands-on experience in property acquisitions, construction, and asset management gives him a sharp eye for details others might miss.
Eric and his wife have built a strong investment portfolio, giving him a unique perspective on what truly matters when evaluating a property. He understands that a home is more than just an investment—it’s where families build their futures.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Eric stays busy raising three adventurous boys and two loyal dogs, bringing the same level of care and dedication to his business as he does to his family.
